ABOUT ME

Over 25 years as a personal trainer and competitive athlete. During these years I have had the pleasure helping my clients reach their fitness and health goals.

 

My clientele-base is diverse; from novice exercisers wishing to shed pounds, get into shape, to seasoned athletes preparing for sporting events and top celebrities needing to get ready for filming.

ABOUT MY TRAINING PROGRAMS

My programs are designed specifically for you, no matter your fitness level or lifestyle. Spanning body weight, body toning, athletic, and strength-based development, my tailored workouts give you all the necessary tools to develop and maintain a functional body that lasts a lifetime. I offer:

- Traditional personal training: One on One

- Semi-private training: Working with two or three clients

- Small group training: Instructing a group of four to 10 clients

Anywhere in the Charlotte, NC, area including Myers Park, South Park, Uptown and Ballantyne!

I train the fit and unfit, the experienced and fitness newbies of all young ages, colors and abilities. My mission is to help everyone to live up to their fitness and health potential and have fun in the process! It’s not always easy but getting fit, strong and energized is always worth it.
