ABOUT ME

I've been a certified physical fitness trainer for over 25 years, helping clients to reach their fitness goals through both personal and group training.

 

My fitness journey started at a young age and propelled me to be a D1 athlete in both basketball and volleyball. Since 2014, I’ve worked with celebrities in LA “turning flab into fab” and was the head trainer for “Dr. H” of the television show “Biggest Loser”, a world renowned MD specializing in Internal and Sports Medicine.
